LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS
Purl Lamb is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has be lost in transit please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it. We will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we can resend the package again.
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed, we will not issue a refund unless the package returns back to Purl Lamb. Once the package returns, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Contact us within 14 calendar days after receiving your package in order to qualify for a refund/exchange.
To receive a refund/exchange all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in unaltered condition with all tags attached.
Original shipping charges are not refunded and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In order to qualify for a refund/exchange you must mail the unworn merchandise back within 3 days. We can not issue a refund on items that have been lost in the mail. Please be sure to keep your tracking number.
All items on sale or purchased with a coupon/discount code are final sale items.
Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box in order to qualify and only one code may be applied per purchase. Shipping discount codes do not apply to orders outside of the U.S. or to any wholesale orders.
We can not honor any requests made in the "Order Instructions/Comments" box that appears during checkout. Please email us with any questions or requests. If we receive your request prior to processing your order and it is a request we are able to honor we will gladly accommodate you.
Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping.
Please note that we can not combine orders or shipping charges on separate orders in order to be efficient.
All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
FREE SHIPPING: All returns made after free shipping was received due to a promotion/volume sale, will be subjected to $5.95 charge back for domestic orders. All international orders are final.
